I have been doing the February Flower Challenge and today’s prompt for painting was cat. It just so happened that my two large kittens unwittingly posed for me in the classic “cats looking out the window.” I quickly took a photo and decided that this would be a great piece to embellish with flowers. So here it is! This piece is painted on 8 x 8 inch paper and matted to 12 x 12. This will fit in a standard 12 x 12 frame that you can find in a craft store or online.
Although the painting is varnished with several coats of UV protection, as with any original artwork, please avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
