This abstract landscape is part of a series of 4 pieces, entitled “Skylights.” Each small work has the same vibrant color scheme with dramatic skies. This particular work reminded me of the nightly light show in Kowloon, Hong Kong that I was lucky enough to visit several years ago. This 4×6 landscape was painted with acrylics on paper and mounted on a deep cradled board. The edges are painted in gold and it is ready to hang with one nail or displayed on a bookcase or table. Although acrylics are lightfast and the painting is varnished with a UV top coat, as with any original artwork, please avoid displaying in direct sunlight.
